Shop Pay
We partner with Shop for their Shop Pay program that allows you to pay over time. You can find more detailed information directly from them here.
Shop Pay 4 Payment Option—No Credit Check, No Interest
Shop Pay 4 equal payment option is a great way to buy now and pay later with ZERO interest and no credit check! You make a payment every 2 weeks for 8 weeks. Just click the “Buy with Shop Pay” button and choose the 4 payment option and enjoy your new bed now!!
Shop Pay Monthly Payments—Soft Credit Check, 12 Payments
Need lower monthly payments than the 4 payment option? Shop Pay will do a “soft credit check” (that doesn’t affect your credit score to apply) to determine if you qualify, and for how large of a purchase. Interest rates depend on your credit rating, and your purchase gets spread out over 12 affordable monthly payments.
PayPal Credit
Choose PayPal in checkout and select PayPal Pay Later. Many current PayPal customers don't require a credit check. Some customers, especially new PayPal credit customers, may require a "soft credit check" that doesn't impact your credit score.
PayPal Pay in 4 Option—No Interest
PayPal pay in 4 equal payments option is a great way to buy now and pay later with ZERO interest and has no impact on your credit score!

Need lower monthly payments for a longer payback term? PayPal offers a monthly payment program that's a little more flexible than what we offer through Shop Pay. PayPal offers 6 month, 12 month, and 24 month payment plans, with a $0 down payment!! Interest rates depend on your credit rating. Get your new bed or set with $0 down today!! Just choose PayPal Pay Later-monthly payments. Available for purchases $100-$10,000, depending on your credit limit set by PayPal Credit.
Amazon Pay
Choose Amazon Pay in checkout. Amazon may offer you a couple of pay later options in checkout depending on your account with them.
Amazon Buy Now, Pay Later with Affirm
Amazon's pay later with Affirm is essentially the same as our Shop Pay options, since both programs are partnered with Affirm. See Amazon's Affirm page for details.
Amazon Store Card or Prime Store Card—$0 Down, 0% Interest, 6 Monthly Payments

Apple Pay/ Apple Card
When shopping on your iPhone, Pay later with your Apple Card using Apple Pay. Apply right from your wallet app on your iPhone.
Google Pay
Google Pay doesn’t directly provide installment payment options, but does allow you to use buy now, pay later providers. Their main provider is Affirm, the same company that partners with Shop for our Shop Pay option.

Our Prices Won't Be Beat
We are an authorized retailer for the brands we sell, and strictly adhere to our manufacturer partners minimum advertised price policies.
What this means is manufacturers set minimum allowed pricing for their products to protect the value of their brand. Reputable authorized retailers NEVER charge lower than our suppliers allow. If we did, they would stop doing business with us. This means that all authorized online retailers are essentially charging the same price. None of us can go any lower.
Price Matching
If you find a lower price on one of our products, we'll match it, as long as the price complies with manufacturer minimum advertised pricing policies. Terms below apply.
Price Match Terms
To qualify for price matching, the following apply:
- You must purchase from us before requesting a price match refund
- You must provide written and visual documentation of the item and pricing you believe is lower than our published price, including a URL to the where the competitor published the item's details and pricing.
- The competitor you want to price match must be an authorized online retailer for the product, cannot have any physical store locations, and cannot be a manufacturer-direct store
- The competitor website cannot be a discounter, auction website, or marketplace website (ie Overstock, eBay, Amazon, etc.)
- The item must be identical (brand, SKU, color, size, quantity, etc.) to our product listing
- Item price must not be below manufacturer minimum advertised price
- The product is in stock and available for immediate shipment from competitor
- Any prices including promotions, coupons, or discounts are ineligible
- Price quotes from competitors are ineligible. Item and price must be published in the competitor's online store
- Price comparison of the competitor's product must include delivery and exclude sales tax
- Due to the high cost of shipping large furniture, we will not price match items that would require us to sell at or below our cost when including shipping cost
- We do not price match closeout, discontinued, or clearance items

Your order ships completely FREE!
Estimated Delivery Time
Our partner manufacturer will ship your order from their warehouse. The closer you are to the warehouse, the faster your order should arrive. If your order contains products from more than one manufacturer, your order will ship from more than one location and you may have different arrival times for those products.
We process your order immediately upon receipt.
Order processing and ship time at our manufacturing partner depends on their national order volume and stock levels. Weekend orders may not be processed by our partner until the next regular business day. We expect your order to be on its way to you within 2 business days if shipped ground, and within 5-7 business days if shipped freight, but these estimates can vary. The reason freight shipments may take longer to dispatch is because of more complicated logistics for the freight shipping industry.
Time from ship to delivery depends on your distance from the warehouse and shipping carrier factors beyond our control. In many cases you could receive your order sooner than the estimate. Our general estimate for transit time for both ground shipments and freight to curbside is 1-7 business days once your order ships.
Once your order ships, tracking will provide a more accurate delivery date estimate.
Order Tracking
The fastest and best way to track your order is using the Shop app. You don't need to use Shop Pay installments to track your order on the Shop app. You can also use our chat support feature's order tracking prompt. We also send tracking info to your email.
Ground Shipping
If this product meets the size and weight requirements for ground shipping, your order will ship via FedEx or UPS Ground
Freight Delivery
If this product is too large or heavy for ground shipping it will ship freight. The delivery for our free shipping option will be to your curb or end of driveway and an adult must be present to inspect and sign for delivery.
IMPORTANT: due to the way freight companies function, if you fail to note damage on the driver's paperwork at time of delivery, freight companies and manufacturer partners will refuse ALL return or damage requests (see our shipping policy and our return and refund policy for details).
Cancellation & Returns
Order Cancellation
To ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, we process all orders the moment they come in, and pass them to our partner manufacturer/s who will ship your purchase directly from their warehouse. We forward all cancellation requests directly to the manufacturer upon receipt. Successful cancellation depends on you requesting cancellation before the order is beyond the point of no return in the manufacturer's order fulfillment process.

Returns
Returns Process & Exclusions
You have 30 days from order receipt to request a return for items that are in the same condition you received them, unused, never assembled, not modified, without attempted repairs of damage, in original packaging, and with all tags. We do NOT charge restocking fees, but some manufacturers may charge a restocking fee that will be deducted from any refund. Special orders and made-to-order items are non-returnable. Some manufacturers do not accept returns. See our Return and Refund Policy for more details for specific manufacturer exceptions.
Defects, Shipping Damages, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you wait longer than three days after receiving a damaged delivery, it dramatically reduces our ability to advocate on your behalf with parcel shipping carriers or suppliers, and we might be unable to help you get a satisfactory outcome. Please don't wait!
Damaged Freight Deliveries
ATTENTION: If your order shipped freight, it is your responsibility to note damage upon delivery ON THE FREIGHT CARRIER'S RELEASE FORM/ BILL OF LADING/ PROOF OF DELIVERY, WITH ACKNOWLEDGMENT BY THE DRIVER. Failure to do so releases the carrier from liability for damage, and makes you solely responsible for the damage once you sign! Once you sign the release without noting shipping damage, carriers will insist you accepted the delivery as-is. See our Return and Refund Policy for more details.
