Cancellation Policy

To make sure you receive your order as quickly as possible we process all orders the moment they come in, and pass them to our partner manufacturer/s who will ship your purchase directly from their warehouse. 

No-Cost Cancellation

If our Manufacturer Partner accepts your cancellation request (see below) and your order hasn't shipped, we will not impose any cancellation fees (other than payment processing fees we incurred when accepting your order) IF you request cancellation within 48 hours of placing your order.

Cancellation requests over 48 hours after placing your order incur a “late cancellation” $40 administrative fee (deducted from any refund) regardless of ship status.

Cancellation Request Decisions

Whether or not your cancellation request is accepted is solely our partner manufacturer's decision, based on where your order is in their fulfillment process.

Window of Allowed Cancellation

We forward all cancellation requests directly to the manufacturer upon receipt. If they process your cancellation request early enough in their fulfillment process, they will cancel your order. If your order is already beyond the point of cancellation availability in the manufacturer's order fulfillment process, the order will ship without cancellation. 

Tracking Status Does Not Reflect Cancellation Availability 

There may be some time lag between partner manufacturer order processing status and tracking availability in our system. Due to this, even if your order hasn't been confirmed as processed or shipped at the time you request cancellation, we cannot confirm (or deny) order cancellation until the manufacturer informs us of the disposition of your cancellation request.

Communication Regarding Cancellation Requests

We will communicate the outcome of your cancellation request via email. If our manufacturer partner was unable to cancel your order as requested, we will explain the status of your order, and options you have to move forward. 

Cancellation Refund

Upon successful cancellation, we will refund the full price of your purchase, minus our late cancellation fee mentioned above (if it applies), minus payment processing fees we incurred when accepting your order, and minus any non refundable fees we may have already paid to shipping carriers. Cancellation refunds only issue to your original payment method.

Options Upon Unsuccessful Cancellation Request

If your cancellation request is unsuccessful, you have the option to either keep your purchase or return it according to our Return and Refund Policy. If you refuse delivery that will be considered a Return. Please review our return and refund policy  and shipping policy before refusing the product at delivery as additional fees or refund deductions may apply.

Cancellation of Backordered Products

If there are backordered products on your order and you choose to wait for them to become available, we must pay the manufacturer to ensure they're reserved for you when they become available, and don't get sold to someone else. This is a "special order" that can't be cancelled or returned.

Cancellation of Special Order, Special Request, or Made-to-Order Items

If you request cancellation of special order, special request, or made-to-order items within 24 hours of placing your order, we likely can successfully cancel the order with our partner manufacturer. If your order is already beyond cancellation in their fulfillment process within 24 hours, we can't guarantee successful cancellation.

Because of the custom nature of special orders, special requests, and made-to-order items, these types of items are extremely difficult to resell to anyone other than you, the customer who originally ordered the item. Custom and made-to-order products are billed prior to beginning construction and are built exclusively for the customer who ordered them. We cannot cancel or refund any of these items after the cancellation window has passed.
